Rich Grider
With more than 16 years of experience in public and private market strategy — including leadership roles with national firms based primarily in New York — Rich brings deep expertise in both traditional and alternative markets. His background includes serving as a Regional Vice President specializing in Separately Managed Accounts, Mutual Funds, and Self-Directed Retirement Accounts.
Over the course of advising financial professionals and independent investors, Rich recognized a consistent problem: many high-income earners lacked a coordinated strategy to turn income into long-term, tax-efficient wealth. Too often, retirement plans were limited to Wall Street products without access to real estate and private market opportunities.
Today, Rich focuses on helping self-employed professionals implement structured retirement strategies that integrate both public and private markets. His approach centers on maximizing qualified plan contributions, improving tax efficiency, and creating a disciplined framework that allows clients to invest in both Wall Street and Main Street inside one coordinated plan.
Originally from Sandy, Utah, Rich earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Utah. After living and working in Tennessee and New York, he now resides in Idaho Falls, Idaho with his wife Natalie and their three sons: Makai, Madsen, and Miller.
